i can boast of many great things of my parangipettai, to list out a few

1. BMD Club
2. The Beaches
3. Mosques
4. 300+ Dargahs
5. The Youth (remember Tsunami)

the BMD:
BMD club has the pride of conducting the ball badmiton tounament for more than 50 years in India. it's a dream of every ball badmiton player to play in the BMD tournament and win.
Parangipettai has produced many ball badmiton players. many players got employed in the railways and the banks because of their playing skills.
ball badmiton is in the blood of the parangipetaiyans. even small boys can rally the ball for long time even if they are holding the raquet for the first time.
but it's been long since the parangipettai team won the cup, hope they do so soon

the Beaches:
no need to mention of the clean beaches and the prestine water.

Mosques:
see pictures below. parangipettai has got 11 mosques at present and jummua prayers are held at 2 of them.

Dargahs:
will paste interesting pics of them soon.
see the dome picture below. it belongs to one of the dargahs. my bro wonders how they built it those days.

Youth:
ask the collector of cuddalore district about the youth of parangipettai. he will be all praise about them. yes, they didn't leave any work for the collector during the tsunami.
google search abt parangipettai and tsunami and read what leading journos tell abt the youth also.

Helmet??!!???

from june 1st helmet for bike riders compulsory itseems.....
myself and bala set out to buy helmet, we went to noothunum, lazy idiots showed only two oversized ones, pissed of... can't roam in the veyil, so came back home. mom gave 'nannari sarbath' mmmmm tasted goooood.....

bala checked for any new mails while i played and msged alternatively on phone...

2.00 pm lunch.... thenga paal kolambu and muttai..... mmmmmm tasty......

i woke up late, mobile in hand, i got many tamil new year wishes, delete one by one, really i hate those fwd msgs, spare some cute pic msgs...

it was a long nite, power cut at 2 am.... i got outta bed at 11 am....
